Online we accept all major credit cards through our Paypal shopping cart. You do not have to be a Paypal member to use our shopping cart. At the belly dance events we accept all major credit cards, personal checks and cash.
You are welcome to return your item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. However, we will not accept your item if it has been worn (aside from being tried on), is dirty, stained or has been altered in any way. Customer pays shipping on replacement items. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any clearance or custom items. Please make sure the item you are ordering from clearance will fit you by consulting the Size Chart.
All domestic and international orders are shipped with delivery confirmation via USPS. We do our best to package your item so that it will arrive safely!
Even though we no longer accept custom sewing or design work, we are very willing to fulfill special requests concerning the items we currently offer. For instance, if you were wanting 6 pair of Tendril pants with silver Tendrils, we'd be happy to whip these up for you since this is a design we currently offer. However, if you were wanting 6 identical kelly green jumpsuits covered in feathers...by Saturday, no less...sorry, we cannot assist. Same goes for wedding dresses, tailored suits, stage props or fixing the holes in your jeans. :)

Yes! We offer a 10% discount on all troupe orders, provided that 6 or more items are ordered and paid for by a single representative of your troupe. If you are interested in purchasing items for your troupe, please note that you must call or email to place your order, as our online shopping cart is not built to handle this kind of request. We can take your credit card over the phone, or use a separate Paypal invoice, whichever is more convenient. Shipping and any additional fees will be calculated at time of order.
Sorry, we do not offer a swatch service. Make sure your computer monitor is calibrated accurately so that our colors and patterns are fully visible for you.
For all of our activewear we highly recommend hand washing with cool water and mild soap, and hanging to dry. For those with less time, turn items inside out before machine washing. Use gentle cycle and cold water. Hang dry or tumble on low heat.
For our one of a kind pieces such as the Limited Edition Belts, we recommend hanging them in the bathroom to steam out during hot showers or dry cleaning.
For our silk veils, please gently hand wash in cool or luke warm water and mild soap. Hang dry. This process should lift most stains should your veil acquire any. After washing you will need to press with an iron or steam to eradicate any wrinkles from the washing process.
